Holiday Club Summer Rager 2026

It's time for another SUMMER RAGER!

Chef’s Favourite and friends are taking over for one sun-drenched evening of food, drinks, music, chaos, and good decisions made questionable.

Channeling the energy of our celebrated Holiday Club, we’re packing 150 people into a room (and patio) with some of the city’s best chefs, bartenders, operators, regulars, industry friends, and people who know exactly where the good stuff is.

♨️ How It Works

Every hour, a new chef takes over with a limited run of raciones - not quite a canapé, not quite a small plate, exactly what you want in your hand at a party.

Every hour on the half hour, a new bartender steps in with a feature cocktail or two, perfectly elevating the moment.

It’s boisterous, generous, long enough for the memories to settle, and over before anyone is ready for it to end.

Main Event

• Includes access to The Rager from 5 PM to late, featuring:
• A tone-setting welcome drink on arrival.
• Complimentary raciones from each chef takeover, served in runs throughout the evening.*
• Feature cocktails from each takeover, house and classic cocktails, beer, wine, and zero-proof libations will be available for purchase throughout the event.
• Energy-setting live music and DJ beats.
• A room full of hospitality vets, pros, insiders, regulars, friends, and beautiful troublemakers.

*Raciones available while each takeover is live and quantities last.

• All Main Event benefits; PLUS exclusive access to the hosted pre-party from 3:30-5PM with libations, cocktails and snacks by resident Chef Jefferson Alvarez

For a limited time, guests can pre-purchase cocktail tokens for $15* each valid for any of the bartender feature cocktails pouring throughout The Rager. Cocktails will be $15 on-site, but if you pre-purchase 4 tokens you get the 5th included!
